The Stoneybrook Pool House is open to homeowners, Lodge residents (including cottage residents), and Assisted Living residents as well as guests of all eligible users. The pool water temperature is 85 degrees, the spa temperature is 100 degrees. It is a valuable asset for swimming and water aerobics.
The Pool Committee provides oversight of the use of the pool/spa to ensure that: 1) residents are afforded a safe and enjoyable experience, 2) the SVOA follows all governmental regulations regarding pool/spa operations, and 3) the SVOA community manager and the Board of Directors are notified regarding any conditions which may affect the satisfactory quality of pool/spa operations.
